One of the highlights of the Open Meet is that Ted and Marie Nyland bring their ice cream maker along with the different toppings for a dish or cone of ice cream and Ted here is cranking away. Bob Rusczyk of Erie, Pennsylvania at the station with his F7 in primer having in a discussion with Ken Brooks.

The energetic activity up on the steaming bays as the different engines raise steam pressure in their boilers. Dave passing through Zip Junction was at the controls of his speeders but Claire had the preferred view from the front seat.
Ted Nyland with his pair of interurban's and Wayne Boron riding on second car clears the block on the Branch Line as I wait to pass through with the Snoopy train. Hal with his Galloping Goose has just come off the Big Bend Bridge and is at Pandora on his way to Shoe and the Covered Bridge.
Rick Nagy has just come downgrade from Hilton and is at Fern and about to clear the signal for the block he is exiting. John Deptowicz has just come into the station with his Snoopy train and is waiting for a new engineer to take the controls.

Skip with this steamer Lynn slows for the station as he rolls by on his way westbound for another trip around the track. The Snoopy train arriving at the station with Ethan Deptowicz at the controls with his dad, John, riding behind him.
Chris bringing his boxcab powered train into the station with Brendan riding behind him. Next coming into the station was Mike Harkleroad at the controls of the Camelback owned by George Metts and Mike will head for the yard to pick up a few cars.
Claire running Scrappy on the Orchard Loop behind the station as her dad Jeff Foster points out something to her. Sit at the station and they will all come to you as John with his GP 40 arrives back at the station with his passengers.
Josh Frank running the steam powered Crab with Gracie Pekarek as his passenger on the Orchard Loop behind the station. Frank Foti coming into the station with his Pacific engine East Wind, which was the winning name submitted in a school contest for naming the Boston and Maine engines. Hence, it really was called East Wind.

John has a young engineer at the controls of his GP40 as he departs the station westbound with Jeff and his engine eastbound and in the background John with the Snoopy train is in front of the station. A similar shot but with Richard Sales leaving the station as Jeff gets off his train.

The attendees lined up to await being served their steak dinner as they pass the food serving table and that's the raffle prizes being displayed on the tables in the foreground. A view from under the shelter as the attendees load up their plates with food.
Robbie's brother David Haines did the honor of cooking the steaks and that's Jeff Stanek standing behind him. Robbie and Karen Haines were serving as the attendees passed by in the line.
