Jennifer Legan running Don Speidel's SW9 as she passes through Horrendous as she heads back towards the station and that's Don as her conductor at the rear of the train. Ted Nyland having just passed through High Creek is on his way towards Horrendous with his passengers on his twin interurban's.
John Deptowicz with his Snoopy train having passed through Horrendous starts the grade down towards Filmor. Skip Frank with his steamer Lynn as he starts to coast down the grade towards Filmor and Patty's Rock Bridge.
Paul Zorko with his SW9 diesel engine named the "Fireball Express" at High Creek with his passengers and Judy Oscker as his conductor. The next train to come along is Ken Brooks with his steeple cab engine and his passengers as they pass through High Creek.
John having passed through Hemlock is about to crossover the Big Wash Bridge with his passengers. Skip, with Lynn hardly working has passed through Drudgery on his way towards Hemlock with his passengers.
Ken passes by the photographer at drudgery near the beginning of his run, will still have another 8 or 9 minutes of run to get back to the station. Frank Foti astride "East Wind" as he departs the station, trying to get on the better side of photographer by blowing him a kiss.
Skip departs the station on his next run with another load of passengers with cylinder cocks open clearing them of condensed moisture from sitting at the station. Richard Sales with his trainload of passengers departs the station and is all smiles as he operates his radio control transmitter.
In this view, Skip is back at the station and adding coal to the firebox as John Koontz with the Park engine has just been cleared to depart the station. John with the Snoopy train departs the station as Skip is going to take on water in the tender.
With Lynn's firebox having a new layer of coal and the tender having taken on water, with safeties lifted, she leaves the station with her passengers. Paul is all smiles as he departs the station with Judy as his conductor on the rear.
Rick Nagy running the GP 38 departs the station with a full load of passengers and Allen Jesunas as his conductor. Having passed over Festival bridge, Richard shows us hands-off operation as he nears the end of his run and shortly will be at the station.
Dick Clark having passed through Horrendous with his trainload of passengers heads for Zip Junction as they pass over the Park Access Road grade crossing. Having just passed through the Covered Bridge and passing through Zip Junction. Jennifer heads West towards Horrendous.
With a wave from his passengers, Ted having just passed through Horrendous, rumbles over the grade crossing on his way to Zip Junction. John is at Zip Junction having just passed through the Covered Bridge as he continues towards Horrendous and points West.
John with the Snoopy train approaches Horrendous and is about midpoint in the length of the ride. Sitting on a bench at Horrendous, Mike Uhrich waves to the passengers as he watches the passengers as they ride the trains to keep things safe.
Ken after passing through Gulch is on the 3 1/2% plus grade as he ascends the hill to get to High Creek with his passengers. With Frank in the background with East Wind climbing the 3 1/2% grade to High Creek, Rick in the foreground coasts down grade as he approaches Gulch.
Jennifer just passing through Hilton and rumbling over the Branch Line crossing, starts the long down grade to Fern. Skip rolling into the station at the end of one of his runs with his passengers who will soon be unloading from the train.
Rick with his trainload of passengers and Alan as his conductor slow as they come into the station where they will unload. Don Speidel at the controls of his engine as he rolls into the station with a full passenger load.
After unloading his train, Don waits for the trains ahead to move up to the loading area and is all smiles as I snapped this shot of him. Yes Frank, I know you love me!, or is it just that you want me to take your picture? orrrr, look ma, no hands!
The end of the run is in sight and it's just the trains that are still out on the track as Ted on his interurban and Anna Zorko, who was helping with the unloading of passengers today, share a few moments of rest. Skip arriving back at the station with a load of smiling passengers who apparently enjoyed the run.
Frank and Don after unloading their passengers wait for the trains ahead to move out so they can move ahead and depart the station. Well waiting, Frank talks with Anna as East Wind simmers with a fine wisp of smoke from the exhaust stack.
Ray Delmore, who was one of our loaders today, walks alongside of Ken Brooks discussing today's event. John arriving back at the station on his last run with public passengers for today's run with Lois Smoley as his conductor.
Dick Clark arrives back at the station to unload his passengers and his conductor for this run was Dave Hird. Ethan and John Deptowicz bring in the last of the public riders for the run today which was in conjunction with the Park's "Black Squirrel Celebration" of which we have in this Park.
