Whooloween Run - Part Two 10/22/10

Dick Clark as engineer of the GP38 with Ron Trenhaile at the rear as conductor. Frank Foti running East Wind with the exhaust streaming back over the cab as he runs on the Branch Line before the run.
Sean Roberts running his 0-6-0 Switcher and the safety has lifted curling the exhaust from the smokebox vertically almost straight up. Mitch Lane as engineer of the Hudson starts his run with Bill Besselman as passenger counter, seated, talking to John Koontz.
Roy Harris has just finished loading Ken Brooks train and he slowly starts out on his run. Skip Frank emerges from the Covered Bridge as he makes his way toward Zip Junction with his passengers.
Ted Nyland with his pair of interurbans and passengers pass by the cameraman at Mackey's Run on the slight grade up to Big Bend Bridge. Rex passing through the Truss Bridge with the telltales hanging that we put up for the Whooloween Run.
Paul Emch caught in the camera flash crossing Truss Bridge with his Hudson, one eye blazing , thunders on toward Mackeys Run. Mike Harkleroad nearly invisable with he and his passengers hidden from view by the exhaust of the Camelback engine.
Ken emerging from the bridge with a smiling load of passengers as he starts the grade to Big Bend Bridge. Mitch blows the whistle for the grade crossing, just after the bridge, as he thunders across the wooden deck truss bridge.
Skip having coasted downgrade from Hilton passes through Fern on his way to the Truss Bridge. Ken Vendlinger at the same location passes by a few minutes later with his riders enjoying the ride.
Frank at the bottom of the grade from Hilton at Fern as East Wind heads for level track and the Truss Bridge. Scott Hewis with the Park's engine and a full load of passengers coasts down the grade as he passes Hilde Hill.
Sean Roberts with his passengers coasts down grade past Hilde Hill on his way to Fern. Ken on the mainline with a capacity load of passengers with Don Speidel as conductor at the rear as they approach Hemlock.
The kids were offered candy as they got off the trains back at the station where most accepted the offer. Paul's Hudson shrouded in smoke in front of the station which you won't see usually unless he adds a smoke unit to his electric powered engine.
Virginia Weinburg and Carolyn Greenburger in front of the station helping with the unloading and dispencing of the candy. Ted Nyland moves his interurbans toward the loading area after just unloading his previous passengers.
Robbi Haines looking good with her witches outfit as she watches the activity in front of the station. Scott is behind the Park engine and Don as conductor on the adjacent train with John Blotnick dispencing candy to the last rider from Scott's train.
Pam Znidar and Kitty Shriver dressed up as a clown wait for the riders to return back at the station to assist them in departing the trains. Bill Deptowicz had a neon sign on the back of his NKP cabbose with a sentiment of the occasion....BOO!

Mike at the loading area tends to the Camelback engine as Rick Nagy is about to start his run on the adjacent track. Kathy and Karl Losely about to head off for lovers leap at the 100 foot deep gorge straight ahead....aaww they're still in love.
I wonder if this guy knew he had a chicken sitting on his head, oh well, that's one way to keep warm. Virginia looking a little green around the face but the condition can be treated with soap and water.
Ken starting his next run as the Hudson waits to be loaded on the adjacent track at the loading area. Mike Harkleroad's parents, Dee and Mark get a ride after the run.
