New Years Day Brunch/Run - 1/01/17

Kathy Baka, Roy Harris, Marc Uhrich, Vicki and Linda Harris enjoying some conversation at the brunch that Mike and Roberta Uhrich put forth on New Years Day. Ethan and Amy Deptowicz take time out for a picture after enjoying their breakfast nourishment.
At the kitchen table, Ray Dellmore, Kathy Losely, Maggie Dellmore, John Koontz standing and Karl Losely with Don Spiedel(his back to us) enjoyed their brunch. Mike Uhrich our chef and host assisted at the counter and made sure we didn't run out of any of the food offerings.
Currently at the dining table are Julie and Dave Hird, Ron Trenhaile, Dave Foster, Frank Smoley and Bill Deptowicz. At the opposite end of the table are Mike and Jenna Chappell along with Julie and Dave Hird in this view.
Ray Dellmore at the coffee urn with Lois Smoley, Ron Trenhaile, Dave Foster, Frank Smoley and Bill Deptowicz currently at the table. Standing in the hallway Dave Woldman, Trish Koontz, Dick Clark and John Koontz engaged in conversation.
On the couch in the living room Jim Howell is sitting next to Judy Oscker and Marie Nyland. A little later I snapped this photo of Valerie Bilchak relaxing on the couch.
At this end of the living room Sue and Jerry Bell were sitting with Karl Losely along with Dave Woldman standing in the archway. In the family room Jen Uhrich is talking with Diane Hopp as Pam Znidar talks with Amy and John Deptowicz with son Ethan Deptowicz in the chair.
This is the best picture I've managed to get of Roy Harris who is one of our boiler inspectors for the steam engines that operate at the club's track. Vickie Harris sits next to her aunt, Kathi Hawkin (Linda's sister) with Linda Harris beside her on the couch.
Don and Phyllis Speidel sitting at a table by the kitchen window take time for a picture. Wally and Emmy Pausch pose for the camera after enjoying some food from the brunch.
Sue and Jerry Bell hold for a picture before leaving the group. Even the photographer, Bill Deptowicz along with Judy Oscker managed to have their picture taken together before heading off to the track.
Here we have Trish, Ted Nyland with his wife Marie in conversation with Linda and Judy. John Koontz with Lois along with Trish, Ted and Marie, who is making a point.
Dick Clark taking the time and being cooperative about me taking his picture. Karl Losely in the kitchen with Wally and Emmy Pausch ( I think it was done with a knife).
Maggie Dellmore and Kathy Losely humor the photographer to get their picture taken. Our gracious hostess and host for the New Years Day Brunch, Roberta and Mike Uhrich did a great job again for this brunch and thanks to all that helped them.
At Shriver Station Judy Oscker and Emmy Pausch share a moment. Pat Morse, with the Park system, came to talk to us as Frank Smoley talks with Dick Clark on the train with a passenger and Mike Harkleroad as engineer.
Mike looks back at his passengers on the curve before he heads for the Big Bend Bridge. Looking over John Deptowicz's shoulder this was the view before we passed through Shoe on our way to the Covered Bridge.
Judson as he passes through Pandora on his way to the Covered Bridge with Dave Woldman in the distance on the Big Bend Bridge following some distance behind. Dave passing by Pandora with his passengers as they brave the cold temperature.
Judson running over the grade crossing for the Park Access Road as he heads towards Zip Junction. I'll have what ever Dave is drinking to keep warm or is he just showing us that he doesn't need to use his hands to steer the engine.
Dave with Valerie and friends as they pass by Drudgery on their way towards Hemlock and points West. Dick Clark taking Dave Foster for a walk to show him some of our latest trackwork we have been working on to turn trains.
Judson Elliott has had enough of the cold and has his train on the transfer table to put it in the storage barn. Ted and Marie Nyland arriving from Uhrich's delicious brunch.
Bill Deptowicz with Amy Deptowicz are about to depart the station as engineer Dave Woldman with his RS3 diesel engine waits for John Deptowicz to take this picture. Having just passed through Hilton we are starting down the grade towards Gulch.
The sun may be out but it is a definately cold day as John Deptowicz sits on the club train in front of the station waiting to ride. Judy Oscker along with Jen Zorko having a conversation with Dave Foster.
