East Wind up on the steaming bay as Frank Foti adds lubricant to the running mechanism. Mitch Lane adding the kerosene-soaked briquettes for a firestarter in the firebox of his Pacific.
Judy Oscker, Linda Harris, Victoria Harris, Kevin and Roy Harris having a discussion before the public run starts. The activity in front of the station just prior to the start of the run as the trains come back into the station and line up to take on passengers.
Ken Vendlinger running the Reading switcher departs the station with his first load of passengers. With safety lifted on East Wind, Frank patiently waits for the train to load as he sits on the siding in front of the steaming bays.
As East Wind departs the station, the smiling conductor riding on the rear is Tom Reder. Next to depart the station is Frank Smoley will a full load of passengers on his train.
Mitch at the controls of his Pacific departs with a train load of passengers as he heads out on his first run. Paul Emch with his S9 diesel locomotive switcher just put his train into motion as he leaves the station.
Ken Brooks at the controls of his switcher, departs the station with his load of passengers. Ted Nyland running his electric powered interurbans at the start of his first run for the day.
Frank watches over his train as it is being loaded with passengers for his next run. Paul having passed by Pandora with his train heads for Shoe and the Covered Bridge.
In this view Ken with his train has passed by Pandora and in the background coming off the Big Bend bridge is Ted with his interurbans. Ted as he passes by the photographer between Pandora and Shoe.
Dave Woldman with his train just coming off the Big Bend Bridge and his conductor on the last car is Dennis Chrislip. Kevin Harris at the controls of his New York Central diesel engine as he passes by Pandora heading West.
Dick Scott running the clubs Nickel Plate switcher is on his shakedown run before he starts hauling passengers passes by the photographer. Frank is all smiles as he emerges from the Covered Bridge heading for Zip Junction.
John Deptowicz with his Snoopy Train and passengers was the next to pass through the Covered Bridge on his way to the Zip Junction. Next to pass through the Covered Bridge was a smiling Ken as he gives a wave to the photographer.
John Koontz with the Parks engine on the grade to Zip Junction after emerging from the Covered Bridge. Mitch emerges from the Covered Bridge in a blast of steam vapor from the lifted safety of his steam engine.
Frank Smoley saying "Look Ma, no hands!" showing how easy it is to drive the engine... He doesn't even have to steer. Frank after taking on a load of passengers pulls off to the siding to dump the ashes from his firebox into the ash pit.
Ted in his usual position sitting sidesaddle as he runs his interurban's is about to depart the station. Here he is across from the steaming bays as he starts his run.
Mitch concentrating on the traffic ahead as he pulls into the station with his train to unload his passengers. A short few minutes and Ken pulls into the station and will soon unload his passengers.
Linda Harris at the controls of the New York Central switcher as she arrives back at the station. East Wind arriving back at the station as he pulls Frank along and the passengers who will soon be departing the train.
Bill Deptowicz running the Snoopy train is all smiles as he comes off Cider Bridge and heads for the loop behind Shriver Station. At the station, Roberta Uhrich takes pictures of the riders with their camera.
Arriving back at the station, conductor Paul Zorko along with Dick Deptowicz and Marilyn Phillips are all smiles for the photographer. After unloading his passengers Ken is all smiles for the run today which is nearly over.
Bill is about to depart the station with the Snoopy train taking Judy, Marilyn and Dick for a ride after the end of the public run. Judy, Marilyn and Dick are all smiles before leaving Shriver station for a trip around our track.
John with the transmitter for his Snoopy train as he makes his way back to the station. Frank looking for the thing that crawled into the thingamajig in the whatchamacallit.
