4.15.06 Club Run


George Davidson following Dick Clark around the track behind the station. Back at the station we find Skip Frank in the steaming bay watching over his engine while it comes to life.
Skips engine "Lynn" with the blower on the stack creating a draft for the firebox. George Metts freelanced electric powered "Scrappy" sits patiently in the steaming bay.
With "Lynn"s side rods elevated she must have known she was going to get her picture taken. George Davidsons' scratch-built electric cab we were riding behind in the first photo.
Jon Jaros brought his Northern chassis that he has under construction. A 3/4 view of the trailing truck that rides below the cab with the temporary brake line tubing showing.

On another steaming bay Frank Foti with igniter in hand has just started a fire in his Pacific's firebox. As we take a peek through the cab we can see the roaring fire in the firebox.
