The wire is bent through the hook on the end of the "snake" and taped. Frank guides the wire in the conduit as Dick pulls the wire and Edith, Dick and George make sure the wire doesn't snag on anything.

We used the bridge to cross under the track to change sides for the conduit run. George Metts at the Switch Shed assembling more signal head masts.

The conduit has been backfilled and the switch control mounted on the conduit and fastened to the steel post. A view of the second crossover the crew installed last week.

Rain let up enough that Dave and Joe went out and put tape over the open mastheads to keep the water out. Robbi Haines and Kitty Shriver setting out the food for our evening meal.

Meanwhile at the Switch Shed, Jerry Bell is working on a Wye switch and making good progress as you can see from the pictures taken from each end of the switch.
