6.18.05 Open Meet

Unusual picture in that it is in focus and out and has movement showing George Metts getting on his train. A nice view of Dick Tomlinsons New York Central engine.
Dicks' engine with three passenger cars at the station loading. An overhead view of Dave Fosters newly scratchbuilt electric powered speeder.
The powered unit with the rider unit behind that carries another pair of batteries. Bill Hayes train in the Orchard Yard behind our station.

Bill was having a problem with his air pump so he had to remove the unit and disassemble it to find out the problem.

A better view of George Metts' Scrappy, always with a happy face. Marcel Uhrich brought his two leg powered Velocipe that he built and is taking a run around the track.
Neil Smith brought his Northern Chassis and tender that is under construction and is setting on one of the steaming bays.
A side view of Neils engine blocked up off the rails and a close up of the valve linkage.

A view of Neils tender with all those rivets. This view is of Jon Jaros' Northern chassis that is also under construction that he brought to pull the chassis around the track.

Jon has his Northern chassis on the turntable. Karen Studd from the NEOLS club alongside passenger car as Dick Clark and Judson Elliott are in discussion at the caboose and Robbi Haines approaches.
Dan Roberts and his brother Sean going over the engine while it's raising steam. George Davidson about to leave the station with a load of passengers.
Bill Deptowicz and his mother Olga who is 96 years young are about to take a ride with Bob Beardslee and I think Marcel wants to drag race out of the station.

Dan Roberts carefully removing the blower off 918's stack. Rex Shriver & Marie Nyland at left while Judson Elliott talks to George Buren on his switcher.

Sean and Dan Roberts pulling out of the station for a run. Ron Trenhaile brought his train, the CU&SS with his scratch-built engine.
