From the switch we have fifty feet of track panels down. A little more ballast has to be removed for the tracks to mate up properly. |

George, Dick and Frank Foti dump the ballast in preparation of leveling the track. The track has been leveled and in the process of being tamped and swept down to remove excess ballast. |

Frank and George finish up the tamping of the newly laid track. Over 800 ties were pressed and 80 feet of track replaced today. |
