When I arrived at 8:45am things were already in progress. Roger Harnish was stripping off the old shingles while George Davidson was cutting "starter sets" for the new shingles. |

Roger working on dormer found we had water damage to the sub-roof at valley. Wood would have to be replaced. The temperature kept rising toward the 90 mark but we kept on plugging along |

At left you can see some of the water damage. Marty was removing nails in the bad section of wood to be cut out. This was the only bad spot on the roof |

Everyone moves to the left to add on to the rows of shingles started.The shingles were hot and soft. Had to take care not to damage them or fall off the roof. |
