When I got to the track today I found it had rained very hard during the night but Edith Hacker was burning up the branches that she had picked up around the station. The fire was really roaring and the wind seem to lift the flames to new heights. |

Dave Cryor was cutting the grass even though it was wet. Behind the Stanek Car Barn, Frank Smoley and Wayne Boron had the cover off of the GP38 as the horn wasn't working and our Track Master said it was too wet to do anything with the track today. |
