Ted Nyland was in the Switch Building doing what else but building switches. Ken Brooks stopped by to check out Ted's work for the current switch which is a right handed #7 turnout. |

You can see the interference we had with the throw rod on the left side of the track so the switch throw was moved to the right side. A view of the switches at the crossings at Zip Junction on Short as the guys finish their work. |

Paul, Dick and Tom discuss how much of the exiting track should be removed to get a nice transition from the new switch. They decide on where to disconnect the track panels after deciding on removing two of them. |
