Chet Roberts is working on his engine as steam pressure is building in the boiler. Frank Foti with his engine "East Wind" on one of the steaming bays.
Skip Frank still has the exhaust blower on the stack of his engine as the boiler pressure builds. Meanwhile Bill Bodemer, Chet and George Metts are behind the engine that is ready to run.
Linda Harris watches as Frank looks over his engine before the run. In the yard we catch Don Spiedel with his speeder shuffling cars around for the makeup of trains.
Rex Shriver looks over his train as Paul Emch moves to throw the switch points. Ted Nyland has his interurbans on the transfer lift getting them prepared for the run.

We celebrated the birthday of George Davidson with this cake. Mark Ross, in the background and Ted watch as Marie Nyland cuts the first piece of cake for George.
Not only did we have cake but ice cream too! Ted Nyland, Rick Nagy, Ray Dellmore and Mike Uhrich sitting on the grade wall in front of the station before the run.
The public is waiting patiently for one o'clock and the run to start. In the steaming bays, Mike Uhrich and his son Marcel watch as Karl Losely works on the Hudson as steam pressure builds.

Rex has unloaded his passengers and is moving up to take on another load. Dick with his train at Zip Junction and with a small rider in the arms of his Mom.

Bill's Gorre and Dephetid cattle car with sound and his NKP caboose pass thru Horrendous. Caught Skip again on the main line blowing the whistle for the Park Access Road grade crossing.
Frank Russell is conductor for Paul Emch with the Conrail train. A passing meet of trains at the diamond by Gulch.
Roy in red hat loads Paul's Conrail train with eager passengers. Dave with his Plymouth switcher waits for the adjacent train to pull out so he can load passengers as Jerry Bell walks by.
